Sablefish in Black Bean Sauce

This recipe is from our customer Lily. She’s called it “Sooooo Asian” and while we’re not Asian we absolutely LOVED cooking our sablefish this way.

Ingredients:

Sablefish
Garlic
Black bean sauce/paste
Green onions
Soy sauce
Rice

Instructions:

Prep your fish and place in a dish. Mince up a couple pieces of garlic and mix in the paste. Put on top of fish and steam it. Time will vary on thickness but don’t overcook. The sauce will become more liquidy, add handful of chopped green onions and soy before serving. Over hot steamed rice is best!
